Shipping & returns

Shipment

Shipping is carried out by an external shipping service provider. When specifying a delivery address, please note that if shipping is via DHL, they do not deliver to PO boxes or post offices.

La Muel Lingerie shall not be liable for any delays due to force majeure.

Processing and shipping of the goods takes three to seven working days, depending on when the order is placed. No processing takes place on public holidays and long weekends. In the case of a replacement delivery, the goods will be returned to La Muel Lingerie after seven working days if they are not picked up.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
The conditions of the cancellation policy always apply.
Return costs are borne by the seller and are free of charge.

return procedure
1. Send us an email to contact@lamuel.de and register your return.
2. You will receive a return label from us via email.
3. Print the return label with your printer.
4. Fill out the return slip.
5. Place the items you wish to return in the shipping box along with the return slip, making sure that the items are in their original selling condition and that all attached labels are still present.
6. Close the package securely, stick the return label on the package and send it back to La Muel Lingerie via the shipping provider DHL.

Please also state the reason for the return (wrong size, dislike, etc.).
In this way you will help us to further improve our offering in the future.
As soon as we have received your return and approved it as normal, we will confirm this by email and refund the amount you paid for the goods.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you receive the return label from us. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Please note: It may take up to 30 calendar days for the amount to be credited to your account or credit card.

General information
When trying on the item, or if you are returning it later, avoid direct skin contact with it. Always make sure that our product is undamaged, in particular that it has not been worn and that it is returned to us with the original label and packaging. If necessary, use protective packaging. Please ensure that the product is adequately protected against transport damage by using suitable packaging.

If you would like to exchange one or more products from your order, our customer service will be happy to help you find the right size or an item that better suits your wishes and needs.

We ask that you use the standard returns process to return any items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for replacement items.

As soon as we have received your return and approved it as normal, we will confirm this by email and refund the amount you paid for the goods.
